§ 5.24.200. Display of license and permit required.

Both the owner's license for the particular vehicle and the driver's permit shall be attached to each taxicab or public vehicle in some conspicuous place where it may be easily seen by the passenger or passengers using the same, and upon request, the driver or owner of any taxicab shall furnish full particulars to any passenger with respect to the name of the driver, name of the owner of the vehicle, license number and dates of licenses pertaining to the vehicle or the driver.
