§ 9.32.010. Definitions.

As used in this chapter.

"Director" means the director of the department designated by the city manager to enforce and administer this chapter or the director's authorized representative.

"Graffiti" means any unauthorized inscription, word, signature or marking, including, but not limited to, any slogan, drawing, painting, symbol, logo, name, character or figure, which is etched, written, painted, drawn or applied in any other way to any structure, building or property of any sort or to any portion or element thereof, whether the property is public or private.

"Owner" means any person with the legal right of possession to tangible property.
