§ 8.12.080. Violation—Penalty.

Any person, firm or corporation who violates the provisions of this chapter, or who refuses or fails to comply with any lawful order issued by the city health officer, police chief or county health officer pursuant to the provisions of this chapter, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine of not less than five dollars nor more than two hundred dollars, and each day that a violation of this chapter continues shall be deemed a separate offense.
