§ 8.12.060. Outdoor privies and open toilets prohibited.

The maintenance or use of outdoor privies, open or pit toilets, within the corporate limits of the city, is expressly forbidden, and the maintenance or use of such toilets by any person, as well as the permitting of others to maintain or use such toilets by the owner of any premises, shall be deemed a violation of this chapter. Any such toilets in existence within the corporate limits of the city shall be immediately abandoned and the pits filled or sealed off.
