§ 8.10.010. Purposes.

The purpose of this chapter is to ensure the continued availability of transient lodging within the City of Benbrook, the maintenance of clean hotels, and to protect the health, safety and welfare within the City. This chapter is remedial and essential to the public interest, safety, health, and welfare, and this chapter shall be liberally construed to effectuate its purposes.
