§ 5.28.040. Certificate—Application.

  • Application for a certificate of approval required by Section 5.28.010 shall be made to the city council and shall set forth the following information:

    A.

    The name and address of the applicant;

    B.

    The trade name under which the applicant does or proposes to do business;

    C.

    The location where such business is to be conducted;

    D.

    If the applicant is a firm or corporation, its organization and personnel;

    E.

    The size of the territory the applicant proposes to allot such business;

    F.

    That the interest of the city requires the establishing, operating or maintaining of such yard or business at the location designated; and

    G.

    Any other information as may be required by the city council.
