§ 3.16.040. Purchase by city employee prohibited.

No employee or agent of the city or any member of the immediate family of any agent or employee of the city shall be allowed to purchase for his own personal use, or otherwise acquire for his or her own personal use at auction or privately, any property or materials disposed of by the city, as provided for in this chapter.
