§ 3.16.020. Surplus property.

Property and materials owned by the city may be declared by the city manager as surplus property and thereafter disposed of in the same manner as provided for in Sections 3.16.010 and 3.16.030, except that the city shall not be required to hold the property for six months after it has been declared to be surplus.
