§ 2.08.020. Control by chief of police.

The members of the police reserve shall be under the authority, control and command of the chief of police, or his delegate, of the city subject to all of the provisions of the ordinances of the city and of this chapter. Members shall be appointed from a list of eligible candidates compiled as provided in this chapter.
