§ 2.04.010. Office of city marshal abolished.

The office of city marshal is dispensed with and abolished; provided, however, that the ordinance codified in this chapter shall not take effect until the expiration of the present term of office of the present marshal, whether such be terminated by lapse of time, resignation, death or removal.
