    Mowing Fee. One hundred dollars plus low bid or a minimum of two hundred dollars per lot if performed by the city; interest cost of ten percent per year will be charged against unpaid mowing bills which require a lien.

    Natural Gas Pipeline Right-of-way License Fee. The right-of-way use fee for natural gas pipelines installed under Chapter 8.36 of the Benbrook Municipal Code by operators who have not been granted a franchise under Article X of the Benbrook Homerule Charter shall be forty-six dollars per linear foot of pipeline installed within the right-of-way.

    Food Services Fees to Be Paid to Tarrant County.

    a. Food store:
     Less than or equal to 5,000 sq. ft. $200.00
     Greater than 5,000 sq. ft. 300.00
    b. Food service:
     Less than or equal to 500 sq. ft. 100.00
     Greater than 500 and less than or equal to 1,500 sq. ft. 150.00
     Greater than 1,500 and less than or equal to 3,000 sq. ft. 200.00
     Greater than 3,000 and less than or equal to 6,000 sq. ft. 250.00
     Greater than 6,000 sq. ft. 300.00
    c. Child care food service 150.00
    d. Catering operation 250.00
    e. Food court, per establishment 200.00
    f. Adjunct operation, per independent operation:
     Food service 150.00
     Food store less than or equal to 5,000 sq. ft. 150.00
     Food store greater than 5,000 sq. ft. 200.00
    g. Commissary:
     No food prep 100.00
     With food prep 200.00
    h. Mobile units:

    From 31—60 days—20% of fee owed
    The late fee increases 10% for each 30 day block until permit fee and late fee is paid.
    Permits that are more than 90 days overdue will be void and required to reapply.
    k. Reinspection Fee 75.00

     

    6.

    Delinquent Penalty On Past Due Refuse/Recycling Accounts. On the twenty-first day following the due date of a refuse and recycling account, a delinquent penalty shall be added equivalent to ten percent of the past due balance.
