§ 17.76.100. Expiration.

  • A "PD" development site plan or condition that is not implemented within five years of approval or completion of the schedule in Section 17.76.070 above shall expire. The zoning regulations shall be extended for five years upon the recordation of a final plat of any phase of the development and/or the issuance of any building permit, whichever is later. Extension of the zoning may also be requested of the planning and zoning commission. Upon expiration, the zoning remains "PD" planned development but a new development site plan or new set of development regulations must be adopted prior to any future construction.
