§ 15.32.040. Violation—Penalty.

Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction, shall be fined not to exceed two hundred dollars for each offense, and each and every day of violation of this chapter by failure to comply shall constitute separate offenses.
