§ 10.12.040. Use of designated motorcycle area prohibited.

    It is illegal for any person to propel, or cause to be propelled, two-wheel, off-road vehicles at any time in the locality known as the Corps of Engineers, city of Fort Worth motorcycle area, which is located within the corporate limits of the city of Benbrook, as the same is depicted on Exhibit A of the ordinance codified in this section, and made a part of this section for all purposes.

    B.

    The motorcycle area is situated within the boundaries that may be described as follows, to wit:

    1.

    West boundary: Farm Road #1043, with an area extending one thousand two hundred feet;

    2.

    East boundary: the Clear Fork of the Trinity River;

    3.

    North boundary: a cabled area extending one hundred feet northerly from the channel bank;

    4.

    South boundary: a common boundary between the motorcycle area and Pecan Valley Golf Course.
